Electrical Services

• Install new circuits (Home Runs) for Kitchen, Bathroom and basement remodels.  The outlets in the kitchen and bathroom should be on 12/2 wires and a 20 amp circuit breakers, while the lighting can be on a 14/2 wire and a 15 amp circuit breaker.

Tile Installation Services Installation of Ceramic, Marble or Porcelain floor and wall tiles.  Many design and layouts available. Grout and Sealing Grout Lines after installation is complete. Plumbing Services Replace or install new bath or kitchen; faucets, sinks (vanity or Pedestal), bathroom toilets. Layout and sweat copper pipes. * Layout and run new gas line service as required by code. Painting Repair wall and ceiling defects When required walls and/or ceiling are primed prior to painting Paint walls and ceiling Paint wood trim, baseboard or crown molding. Stain and polyurethane wood trim, baseboard or crown molding. * Fully licensed and insured electricians and plumbers will be provided as required. ** Referral to business associates available.
