Complete Kitchen Remodel

During this project the old kitchen was completely demolished.  A 20 yard dumpster was used to remove all the rubbish.  This kitchen remodel included the following:

• Demo of existing cabinets, flooring, walls and ceiling.

 

• New electrical outlets, 6 recessed lights, 2 pendant lights, dedicated microwave line, dedicated 40AMP for the double oven, dedicated line for refrigerator.  Old circuits and wiring were either eliminated or run properly in wall studs.  Additionally the service panel was upgraded from 100 to 200 amp service.
   
• New plumbing for new sink location, new dishwasher location, refrigerator and gas line for new range top.  The main cast 4" pipe from the second floor had to rerun to accommodate the taller top cabinets.

 

• 1000 SQFT of old tiles, and old subfloor was removed.  New plywood, cement boards and tiles installed prior to installing cabinets.

 

• Dining room entry was removed and a wider curved entry was created into the dining room.
