Remodeling your home is an exciting but often stressful adventure. Our goal is to make your remodeling process as simple and easy as possible. We try to minimize the disruption to your living space and your life, so you can enjoy the changes you're making to your home. We do this by communicating frequently with you, setting and sticking to budgets and timelines, and respect your time, needs, and home.

We believe there are contractors, builders and remodelers that are good and try to give you the best job possible, unfortunately this group is the minority.  We at SotoPride strive to bring you the best material and the best craftsmanship to each project.  To us Building Code = Minimum Standards - Don't be fooled by a contractor, builder, remodeler or a salesperson who says "Your job meets the building code!" Were you proud that you got a 70 percent on your tests when you were in school? That's what it's like when you pass a code inspection. Your project got a 70 percent. The Building Code is a set of MINIMUM Standards. You can always do a job that's better than the code. It will cost more, but usually not much, but it can last twice or three times as long.

That's what we give to each project, (building code + 40%), a great job every time at a fair price.

Free In Home Estimates

All projects begin with a visit to your home to discuss your project requirements.  We will assist you with the design and selection of material.  At the end of this phase you will have a complete understanding of budget requirements, complete design for your project and a scheduled start date and completion date for your project.
